• Hello,

We have problems with the translation.
The words are translated in the backend 100% (using Loco Translate), but in Frontend of our Shop especially the following one are in english:

    – “Search Results: xxx” in the Header (after searching something)
    – ?Reviews (0)“ on Single Product
    – ?Privacy Policy“ Link in the text of the Register Popup
    – ?Your cart is currently empty“ after deleting the Cart

These are words form template function file but we absolutely don’t know why the translation here does not work.

    Kind regards,
    Ludmila

Loco Translate is a file editor and does not display your translations. Many people have issues like this with WooCommerce enabled themes. It is usually not the fault of the editor.

See the kinds of problems I can help with here: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/support

And please read the FAQs about text not showing: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/faqs

If you want to me to investigate your problem, please post a free download link to whatever it is you’re trying to translate.

    Hi Tim,
    thank you for your reply.
Under the link you see the problems!
The words are translated. What would you like to investigate? Translation files?
It would be the easiest way if you have look in our shop > product below “Reviews” for example. What can cause this issue?

I compared the translations with an other almost similar shop we have.
And I found that the lines
    – Search Results: “%s”
    – Reviews (%d)
    – Privacy Policy
    – Your cart is currently empty
    are missing.
They actually exist in the frontend but they are not listed in the language files of wooocommerce. What can I do now?
