Translator stuck on ‘Loading’

    In “Step 2 – Start Automatic Translation Process” under “Choose language” the status is stuck on “..Loading”. All site plugins, themes and WordPress are at the lastest levels. What might be blocking the process?

    Tried the hard refresh, but without success. I’ve sent a message to tech support.
