Translators list in readme does not match actual translators for some languages

    This is a bit discouraging, when credits in the readme are given to people who have nothing to do with actual translation of the plugin.
    They might have sent .po/.mo before, but since WP 4.6 GlotPress translations have a priority.

    The people credited in the readme have all sent in a .po file which is bundled with the plugin, and have usually requested a credit.

    I am more than happy to also credit those who have contributed on translate.www.ads-software.com; I just have not received any requests to do so by any individual translators, and I do not receive any sort of notification when translations are provided so it can be tricky to stay on top of it.

    I’ll go through and see what I can find by looking at the contributors, but please do let me know if there are any special requests for credits.

    I have gone and done my best to pull contributors’ info from translate.www.ads-software.com and add it to the readme. Please let me know if I have made any mistakes, or if you notice that the information becomes outdated, and I will be happy to fix it.
