Transparency background issue

    Hi, I read a previous post where a transparent background could be achieved with this CSS code snippet:

    body #hotspot-3702 .hotspots-image-container {
    background: transparent;
    }

    However I tried adding it (with my ID) to the Additional css in “Customize” with no result, still getting a background color. What could I be doing wrong?
