transparency isnt working.

    I downloaded a template and edited it. The default logo format was .jpg and I wanted to upload my logo in .png so it would have transparency. I then edited some code in header.php to say “logo.png” instead of “logo.jpg” my logo appears! but instead of it having a transparent background it filled it in white.

    How can I fix this?
