Transparency Issue with PNG? Or Old Watermark?

I recently installed this plugin and when it works, it seems great. It’s just the when that’s the issue.

I have a transparent watermark set up. The .png file itself has transparency. This seems to briefly work sometimes after it’s set up, but it then instead starts applying an opaque version. For example, it worked fine on this image earlier (see bottom-left), but then started applying it as opaque. Here’s an example of that. Setup appears to be correct, as seen here, and as said, it works with transparency, then starts applying it as opaque without me changing any settings.

I did briefly upload an opaque version to the website, but I deleted the watermark setup and deleted the file. It should no longer be there, so I’m assuming it’s using the current one
