    @borismoggy – These forums are for the support of plugins hosted in the WordPress plugins repository. NextGEN Pro is not hosted in the plugin repository and as such the forum guidelines do not allow us to directly provide support for it here.

    They were of no support at all anyway, so I don’t use the Photocrati theme now.
