Transparent FLV walk on video

I am a complete wordpress noob as i do most of my work on dreamweaver… but recently a client asked me to embed the infamous “walk on” transparent flv video on his wordpress powered site… generally i do this by embedding swf in flv and using css code to place it on top of content…. now i have no idea how to do this on wordpress… any help, direction would be great.
