Transparent header

Hi, On some pages my header wasn’t transparent. I tried to change that but somehow my header isn’t transparent anywhere right now. I followed this tutorial (https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/header-options/transparent-header/) But I can’t open the “global header” button.
