Transparent Header not staying on top of screen

  • Hi,
    I’m struggling on having the header bar as I want.
    I would expect to have a transparent bar that stay in the same place while scrolling down the page, and eventually changing background at some point. I saw this in a lot of sites, but I’m unable to do it here.
    What I have is the bar disappearing as it scrolls up when I start scrolling the page. Any suggestion is welcomed, and sorry as I’m a newbie on web design.
