    hi there, i have a png image for pop up but for some reason it keep displays with a white backround around it

    Did you create an Image popup with it or maybe inserted the image in the HTML element?
    Could you also share the image with us? If you don’t want the image to be shown publicly, you can send it to [email protected] with the reply to the question above.

    You can also send this forum link so the case can be easily identified by the operators.

    Thank you for the image.

    Seems we have an issue with that at the moment and it has been reported to the developers.
    Meanwhile, we came up with another solution you can use temporarily.

    1) Go to the Design section
    2) Make Opacity 0
    3) Click Select Color and choose any other color besides the white one.
    4) Change the Theme to another one so the popup doesn’t have such defined borders.
