Transposh-flag widget deconfigured

Hi, I recently converted my html site to wordpress, and would like to use this plugin to translate my site, but after installing the plugin I came across a problem with the flag widget as well as the editor widget are misconfigured and not appearing correctly, I know the error is related to jQuery, as it seems that my site jQuery and wordpress jQuery are loading at the same time creating conflict, I would like to know how to fix this issue and which ones Steps to take.
