Transposh only translate part of the pages

For some reason, one of the page in a website I have been working, not translating english text to spanish. Check here – https://fibuspam.org/our-programs/ If we change language to Spanish, the page text remains the same.
Any help? I tried creating a new page but it still shows “Nothing left to translate”..ANY HELP?
