I have a big issue, when adding a new feature on the product page or doing any action, the page scrolls to top without doing any action and it appends #edit to the URL. Also trashing a WordPress page or post redirects me to the homepage of my website instead of staying on the same page. I deactivated all the plugin, activated default theme, refreshed the permalinks and did everything possible to solve it, no fix yet. Is there any recommendation on how to fix i?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This problem may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to deactivate all plugins and switch to the default Twenty Twenty-Four theme. If the problem goes away, re-activate them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to deactivate all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re still logged in without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Weird, ok.

Try downloading WordPress again, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), and delete then replace your copies of everything on the server except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings.

If you’d like to manually make a backup of your site first, please follow the steps at https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/wordpress-backups/

Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

Now I cannot contact hosting provider to help me with this (Microsoft Azure and I am new using it) since I am not subscribed to their technical support plans. So will doing this step you mentioned help? can you please help me with a tutorial video or step by step process in order to do it without having any data loss since it includes removing and replacing sensitive files .

    Thanks you a lot

Not sure, something very unusual is happening, so we need to rule-out the common causes.

can you please help me with a tutorial video or step by step process

    1. Download WordPress again: https://www.ads-software.com/download/
    2. Access your server via?SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these).
    3. Delete your copies of every WordPress file from the server?except?the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory. (Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget this step.)
    4. From the fresh download, upload new copies of every WordPress file to the server?except?the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory.

If you’d like to manually make a backup of your site first, please follow the steps at https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/wordpress-backups/
