    Hi Camille,

    In a future release of traveler’s map, is it at all possible for you to enable this shortcode please?: [travelers-map this_post=true post_types=post]

    I would like to be able to show ‘this_post=true’ and ‘post_types=post’ together so that the map is firstly zoomed into the marker for ‘this_post’, and when I zoom out, my visitors see all other ‘post_types=post’ markers around it.

    Thanks again for a brilliant plugin.

    Hello again Imonix,

    That’s a good idea and I can see the use of it. I will think of a more user friendly way of doing it.

    Unfortunately, I can’t update the plugin right now as I’m traveling, and this feature is kind of heavy in code, I’m not sure when I will be able to update??

    Dear Imonix,

    I added this feature in the new 1.7.0 update, out now ??
    It’s called “centered_on_this=true”, which zoom on current post (or on a specific ID you choose with the new “post_id” argument), and the other posts are still shown on the map.
    You can also set the “Initialization max zoom” to change the default zoom level.

    Every filters you set are working for the other markers, so you can filter something your current post is not part of, and it will still show up.
