Hello,
i moved a new VPS, and no im getting an error while trying to send a test email ..
SMTP Debug:

The error indicates an issue with the certificate that your web server is serving. Please contact your hosting company support to fix the certificate of a server for you. You can provide them the Debug section of the output you had shared with us, it should be clear for them what to do.
Alternatively, you can disable the certificate verification by using this custom code. You should not do this unless you have to – it’s compromising your security.
