Tree not displaying

    Hi

    The trees on my pages are not displaying. I just get a grey box with profile pictures down the side when inserting the shortcode on a page. The tree does display correctly when using preview mode.

    It seems that there is code conflict with theme or with other plugins , please try with twenty twenty theme and let me know.

    Hi

    I have activated the Twenty Twenty theme but the issue is still there.

    I only have a few plugins
    Gutenberg Blocks and Template Library by Otter
    Insert Pages
    SG Optimizer
    ThemeGrill Demo Importer
    TreePress Premium
    WPForms Lite
    Yoast SEO

    I deactivated the SG Optimizer and it is now working ??

    can you advise if it is possible to reduce the line gap between first name and last name

    Sorry that feature is not available to reduce the gap between First name and last name.
