    Hello there!

    Can you please follow up our concern regarding on the tribute plugin which is not sending an email to the honoree recipient. I created a beta test site and install only the give plugin and other add-ons on but it seems the honoree recipient email message was still not functioning and the donors receipt email was working. Also we try the WordPress free themes and still not working.

    I already tried everything including the guidelines documentation on troubleshooting email that you send us. Hopefully you can take action on this.

    We respond to all Priority Support tickets within 2-3 hours. If you’ve submitted a ticket already and haven’t seen a reply please check your spam and whitelist our email address.

    We know, generally speaking, that the plugin is sending the email correctly, so there must be something unique in your environment causing that — or there’s some server-configuration that we haven’t been able to test and confirm an issue with yet. Generally though, triggering emails in WordPress is easy and reliable. It’s what happens after it’s triggered that gets complicated — which is what that troubleshooting email doc is intended to help with. Also, roughly 9/10 users who report email issues do get it resolved by walking through that doc that you mentioned.

    Regardless, please look in your spam, reply to that ticket and we’ll get back to you there ASAP. Thanks!

    Thank you for your response. I found out that our paypal standard payment gateway was not working in tribute and we tried the credit card option and it was working, please see this and let me know what are options beside paypal that will work in tribute plugin.
