Tried a number of variations and could not get this plugin to work.

  • Would love to be able to use this, but cannot get any list to appear. I’ve tried a number of syntax mods and various paths, but based on the limited support docs I’m unsure if it’s user error the plugin not working. If you update support docs, please let me know and I will be sure to update my review – but as of now, seeing very little value in this.

    Hey – I just updated my support docs and added a new version (0.1a) to fix a bug I found while looking into this. So the “folder” parameter in the shortcode should be your base uploads directory and not the base wordpress directory. I typically use siteurl.com/media/ but I think the default is siteurl.com/wp-content/uploads/ – you can find yours on your settings->media (/wp-admin/options-media.php) page.

    The bug I resolved is related to parsing folders in the given path. If your directory has folders in it along with the files you want to list then you’ll want to update to the latest version.
