    webpagetest.org suggested using CDN for all static assets.
    So I put the domain URL in the CDN field in Autoptimize.
    The website is displayed as though the CSS is not used.
    This website has Woocommerce installed and WP4.5
    This is the same website with the Javascript optimisation issue, and that’s switched off.

    some quick questions to get us started lencw;
    * what URL are you on?
    * do you have a push or a pull CDN (or something different like cloudflare)?
    * what URL did you enter as CDN url in AO?
    * when looking in your browser’s developer tools, is there a request for the CSS-file? does the file exist on your CDN? do you get a server error (HTTP 50x) or a not found (HTTP 404)?

    I just used the url of the website domain, as in the AO instructions.
    Don’t have a push or pull CDN, not sure what you mean by that.

    well, AO does not create a CDN for you, itt needs a working CDN, e.g. static.ultimatefabrics.co.uk or cdn.ultimatefabrics.co.uk. once you have that (via MaxCDN or KeyCDN for example) you can try again ??
