Tried everything but can’t get it to work

Hello there, hope you are doing well.
I have tried everything to get the target page to show on the link but no matter what I do it will not work.
I am using a page builder, but did build a custom theme page using the code from
Code

I selected my custom template page from the ‘template’ drop down and put the dummy text in using the ‘text’ version of the editor.

Any help would be appreciated.
