Tried everything not working for me

  • First of all the support is simply non existant here. You have to create account and posts at their forum.

    Secondly, there is no documentation worth reading. Some videos that don’t cover basic configuration needs.

    Finally, I never managed to make this thing working. I got some sort of support but it was helpless. When you insert the shortcode you get a popup asking you to enter a title, otherwise you can’t click OK… As the basic setting is with previous/next buttons I tried to ask what this title was for and never got a valid answer. They said “put anything you want in there”…

    At the end, I got some buttons but the whole page was still loading, with those navigation buttons in the middle.

    Uninstalled and configured my pages with <!–nextpage–>
    Glad I did so, works fine.

    This is the most simple plugin. You just need to select the subPage content and add [nextpage] shortcode.

    We did our best to help you, so please don’t say “support is simply non existant”.
    I’d also recommend deactivate other plugins for a while and check it. I think there may be a plugin conflict, some plugin affects pagination shordcode processing.

    I clearly stated “non existant here” and I was meaning WP repo support section. I can see questions not replied since 6-8 months in there, that’s why. I understand you have your own support site for premium version but I also presume free versions should be supported at the repo here.

    You say this plugin is very simple but I say it simply doesn’t work for me as I get the whole page still loading. It might be a conflict but the result is same: for me it doesn’t work and thus can’t rate it higher.

    I agree, you provided support at your website at which I had to register at the forum but this didn’t explain why, when I want to use your plugin, I get a popup blocking any further action unless I enter a “button title” although I previously defined this in settings to have only previous/next buttons. You said I can enter there whatever I wanted. I find this simply absurd and this is not how I would define the “most simple plugin”.

    Anyhow, I now deleted this plugin from my ysite and there is no problem.
    This rating simply reflects my own experience as simple user.
    Others might have different opinions.
