Tried everything, won’t load.

    I installed 1.5 and nothing shows up except the sample contact form. I see a blank page when I try to add a new form.

    I deactivated everything except my Thrive Themes plugins plus my security package. Those are absolute keepers and if Happy Forms had a conflict with those it wouldn’t matter. I can’t change those out.

    After going through the process, one by one, no change with the blank page. Deactivated and reactivated Happy Forms as well. Just not getting anything.

    That sounds definitely odd. Would you help me investigate by sharing some details?

    1. What plugins are you running (excluding those you already deactivated)?
    2. Could you try disabling even those vital plugins, quickly check if that makes a difference, then reactivate? In case HappyForms is incompatible with one of your plugins, we could update it to make things work for you.
    3. Could you try on a different browser?
    4. Would you click the Save Changes button in your Settings → Permalinks screen (without actual changes, just to trigger a permalink refresh)?

    Lastly, would you look into your browser’s Javascript console, and share any errors you see there?
