Tried for free we are going to buy

  • I tried the free version on the website, to emulate the behavior, looks pretty easy to setup and make it learning and answer.
    Now I tried the WordPress plugin, it just has the option to link to the bot you’ve created, but there are no more options like where to show the widget in the page (you can customize something on the fastbot website, like color and position), in which page (maybe you want to show only on some pages).

    Anyway, I’m going for the business plan for one year.

    Thanks for your review and feedback. You can use another plugin, such as Header/Footer to add our embed code into specific places only rather than all of them.

    Thank you for your suggestion. Please take a look to your incoming email, as we contacted you by contact form on Thursday.
    We would like to know who is the legal entitiy, and the complete legal address, that will be written on the invoice.
    We do need this information to understand if we can buy outside of EU etc.
