Tried other methods, feed still not updating

I tried all of the options for the feed not updating and they don’t seem to work. I have this plugin working my server and other servers that work but for some reason the feed still isn’t updating.

Tried the delete transients plugin as well as the function. Nothing seems to work. The urls in question are https://tortouga.com at the bottom and https://lesouklesouk.com/gallery
