• It is really sad that potentially this would be a great plugin, however the developers think it is ok to put out a plugin with so many issues.

    1. No CSS styling on form so it appears invisible on my site.
    2. No way to auto publish so you have to approve every single review.
    3. Tease about a pro version but developers have no intention of doing this.
    4. “Blank Business Name” instead of picking up from main title, so you have to cut and paste each time.

Just a real lack of effort from the developers really, maybe they should not have bothered.

Very glad it works well for you, that is why rating are based on an average. You had a good experience with it, mine was not so.
Would you like to post a link to your site, as I would love to see it working well.

@ adrianjoss It’s unfortunate you had those issues. I have a few questions for you.

Did you submit any suggestions to our UserVoice page, specifically for CSS Styling, or auto publishing? Did you post about any of your issues to the WordPress support forum? I looked on both, but didn’t see any posts from you.

We are quite reasonable and happy to help anyone that asks, as long as we have time to do so. It is a free plugin, so sometimes we can’t answer right away, but its always a good idea to post any issues you have to the support forum to get help from us, other users, and to share your experiences with others.

You don’t sound like a fan, and that’s ok, but my offer to help you out still stands if you have technical issues.

BTW – We are working on the pro version ??

    Thanks for the feedback.

Look maybe I was a little unfair, as without the likes of you guys committing to develop plugins,Wordpress would not be what it is today, so for that I thank you.

Saying I am not a fan is not quite true, I think it could be great with some work, just not at the moment. I will gladly pay for a better version once it is developed, it just feels like you gave up or lost interest halfway through the plugin.(or you found something more interesting to develope)

As for me not submitting an issue with support, my three real issues were logged by others(alexwp1506,wireB, bcoulson, tannetoni,Anna Sandler, chrislewisdrums)so why should I waste everyones time on the support forum.

Maybe it does not help that I am a novice, and the css is for more experienced users.

Maybe I will take you up on your offer of help, I really do wish success for this product.

    Regards
    Adrian

@adrianjoss, Aaron and I truly appreciate your feedback. We wish we could devote more time to the plugin, but we have day jobs that keep us busy. Any time you can post to the support forum is helpful – it helps us see what is or isn’t an issue, how many people have the same issue, etc. Even if you post a “me too” to the end of another post, all feedback that way is helpful. We look all posts.

Thanks for trying the plugin out. Hopefully you’ll be back for future versions.

How did you get the author’s to respond?

I have been trying to get a response for months now and they never respond!

@websperations. Have you tried the support forum? The plugin Author says that is how to get a response.
    Good Luck

I have indeed! I posted 9 months ago and never got a response.

I reposted earlier this week and again, no response.

I’d really like to stay with this extension however I have found a viable replacement and will start some offline testing next week.

Well you could always write a review and see where that gets you.

Yeah, I finally resorted to that ??

I’d much rather get some support and give a positive review!
