    Hello Support,

I would like to know how the system trigger autorenewal. The renewal is taking place if a user visits the website. Suppose if the website is not visited by anyone and consider there is an order to renew – it wont trigger. Means, the renewal wont take place on the right time.

So my question is if we trigger wp-cron.php via any cron job – will the renewal works? Please let me know. Also GET need to set for https://www.samplesite.com/wp-cron.php (url just for reference) right? Please advise.

Or any specific cron url available for this plugin which we can run – say every 15minutes? What we looking to achieve is even if the website have less visitors – it should always trigger autorenewal.

    Thanks in advance..

    Hello,

As per your query we use cron to work automatically renewal from our subscription plugin and as for now cron work properly when their is traffic on site , if their is no traffic so their is high chance cron will not work properly, so we can suggest use server cron with your site url , it gives random traffic on your site by own

    Thank you!

    Hello Support,

    Thanks for the reply.

So setting cron: https://www.site.com/wp-cron.php to run every 10 minutes will be fine? Will it trigger by this? Please let me know.

    Thanks again.
