Trigger cart abandonment on user add-to-cart

    I found out that the abandon cart trigger is when a user enters their email in the checkout page. Our website has custom checkout fields and we removed the email field, so only logged in users can checkout on our site. How to trigger the abandon cart without it?

    Hello @ivanbis,

    It is required to have the email field available on the WooCommerce checkout page to capture abandoned carts. We do not have an option to trigger the capture of abandoned orders if the email field is not available.

    Is there an action/hook I can use to manually trigger it via code snippet?

    Hello @ivanbis,

    We do not have a filtercode available to manually trigger the email capturing.
