Trigger database changes after update to > 5.0

    Hello, I have a WordPress deployed after commits on a git repository.

    The whole WP installation is on the repository (client’s request), so the only way to update WP is to update it on my local environment and push it to the repo.

    When I’ve upgraded my local installation I’ve been asked to launch a database migration, how can I do this migration on the production ?
