Trigger point and auto-hide not working

Hey, I’ve been trying to make this work for the past 24 hours and I can’t figure out what’s going on.

No matter what % I set my trigger point at, the box just shows up when the page loads. Also the auto-hide function doesn’t seem to work. I’d like it to hide the box when users scroll back up but it’s not working.

Can you please help me fix this? Thank you!
