Triggering from another plugin?

Hi…

Wondering if there’s a way to trigger this plugin from another plugin that I’m building. Little background… we just migrated a very large Drupal site to WordPress and editors for years on the Drupal site have been loading images and referencing them using absolute links to the images. I can build an array of the 10k plus posts and if I’m able to trigger this plugin using the post id… save a lot of time loading into our media library ??
