I have connected 2 sites with uncanny automator pro.
When a course is bought on one site, the user is created in the other site and enrolled in the corresponding course.

The issue is when a subscription to a course is put on hold, is cancelled, expired or renewed, it does not trigger anything and the webhook is not sent to the other site. BUt if I make the change manually (put the subscription on hold, expire, cancel it, or renew it) the webhook is sent.

So it seems the trigger does not happen when Woocommerce Subscription makes the change automatically ( as it is supposed to work).

Any reasons why this is not working as it should?

    Thanks

    THiago

Hi @thiagonasc , sorry about the delay, it was busy today getting Pro out.

Our dev team has reviewed this but wonders if you could log a ticket on our website with more information, specifically screenshots of both recipes with details of the recipe expanded. It’s possible that we may need to make a chance in the trigger, and if so, having the ticket would also let us provide a copy of a changed file if needed to test.

    Thanks

I am currently testing your PRO version before I buy it (to make sure it meets my needs), so I actually do not have an active subscription with you guys.
I understand this may affect support as I am not currently a paying customer.

However, I thought this might be an issue that others are also having.
As mentioned, the triggers work fine if the actions are done manually. But if it’s the system (woocommerce subscrition) changing the status of the subscription due to changes in the payments, then the triggers do not happen.

I understand if you guys can’t provide an answer.
    I appreciate your time anyway.

Hi @thiagonasc , we don’t currently offer a trial version of Pro. If it came from another source, it may not be fully functional or be the latest version. We do offer a 14 day refund period so you can make sure it’s the right fit and we’re happy to offer support during this time.

For now we’ll mark this as closed, as we can only support the latest versions of our plugins that came from us, but if you do end up setting up an account and still have the issue please do reach out and we can take a look for you.
