    I have a few questions about the trip enquiry form at the bottom of all trips

    1. Where do I edit the recipients of this mail?
    2. The email generated by the trip enquiry form looks quite bad and I would like to try and style it – where/how do I do this?

    Query 1: Where do I edit the recipients of this mail?

    Response: If you are referring to changing an email address that receives an enquiry from the Trip Enquiry form, please change your Admin email by going to Admin Dashboard > Settings > General and adding your required email under Administration Email Address. Check here: https://prnt.sc/l3fc9hoJkOEV.

    Query 2: The email generated by the trip enquiry form looks quite bad and I would like to try and style it – where/how do I do this?

    Response: We understand that you would like to style the email generated by the trip enquiry form in the WP Travel Engine plugin. However, we regret to inform you that the plugin does not currently provide a built-in option to customize the styling of the email.

    In terms of point 1, this is quite unfortunate. The admin of a site and the agents of a travel company are two VERY different things and you should not be using the site admin address to receive these queries. Also, in a company this size, there are 6 people who need to receive these emails. They are all travel agents and have nothing to do with the administration of the site. Can you please modify this behaviour urgently?

    In terms of point 2, I suppose I will need to see if I can somehow embed another form on trip pages so that I have more control over 1) who receives the mail and 2) what the form and the mail look like. Do you know if this is possible?

    I understand that currently, we do not have the capability to add multiple email addresses for receiving Trip Enquiry emails. However, I have discussed this with our developer teams, who have responded positively to implementing this feature.

    I will record it in our feature request list, and we aim to include this functionality in next week’s update.

    Also, we appreciate your suggestion regarding the feature of styling the email generated by the trip enquiry form in the WP Travel Engine plugin. While this feature is not currently available, we have added it to our feature request list as it is indeed a valuable addition to our plugin.

    Rest assured, we are committed to implementing this feature in future updates. We do not have an estimated timeframe for its release, but we assure you that it will be included in our plans.
