    You can use FTP and rename the plugin folder, call it simple-backup-old or something similar. You could also attempt to log in from a different location, or your mobile phone, etc.

    When I delete your plugin, I can login to the dashboard but if I put the plugin back, I’m blocked, again.

    If your IP address is blocked, you could log in from a different IP address, try your cell phone, friends house, coffee shop, work, etc. Once you are able to log in, simply delete your IP address from the IP address Blacklist.
