  • I think you are hacked, that specific file does not show up on the original zipfile, see
    https://plugins.svn.www.ads-software.com/limit-login-attempts/tags/1.7.1/ and search for Pes8x.php

    In addition that “secure_config.php” does not come with the plugin either.

    So let your host do a malware scan on ALL of your files and run a sucuri (payed) scanner as well.

    I scan my WordPress website using Wordfence (Free version), after the scan completed I saw the result and I noticed that there is a problem in my website “File appears to be malicious: WP-content/uploads/license.php” now this is my problem 1st. is that a threat or a false issue (I don’t

    2nd. How can I remove that?
