Trouble activating Plugin

Hope all is well, I m trying to activate the plug in and keep getting an error, Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/52/8438652/html/marrakesh/wp-content/plugins/restaurant-manager/restaurant-manager.php on line 14 . Is there anything I can do. Thanks for your help!
