Trouble adding YouTube video to my playlist in Media Center

I have been able to add YouTube videos in my posts, but I am having trouble adding them to my existing playlist. I followed the directions to “Insert New Media File”, entered the URL, and saved my changes. I see the new entry on my playlist but the video did not load.

Any help is appreciated =)
