Trouble Backuping to Google Drive

I switched from one backup source to Google Drive. I have authorized google drive – but this plugin keeps getting hung up when it gets to the backup – not even trying to backup to Google Drive, but to the old source.
I have hit save settings and refreshed, yet still it will not refer/default to the new backup location.
How do I fix this?
DROPBOX – ATTEMPT TO UPLOAD message when I got rid of dropbox.
