Trouble Deleting The Plugin

    First of all, let may say to the Author: I LOVE this plugin and it worked perfectly for me while I needed it. Thank you for your hard work!

    But I am having an issue now that I am no longer using it. I deactivated and deleted the plugin, but it is not gone, and it is the main cause of a poor GTmetrix page speed grade of 82 causing:

    Avoid bad requests

    The following requests are returning 404/410 responses. Either fix the broken links, or remove the references to the non-existent resources.
