Trouble displaying Venue as well as Event Details

    I have just used the plugin and my event is loaded properly on my page. But the links to Venue just reloads the ticketing page. Then the link to Details take me to a Not Found error page.

    I would love to have my Details and Venue be added to the page or be available via another page. How can I make this happen?

    Hi,

    Do you happen to have the Eventbrite page as a sub-page below another one? For now, the EB page has to be a parent (top-level) page for all parts to work properly.

    Also, be sure you have permalinks set, and that rewrite rules have been flushed (you can just choose any option from (Settings > Permalinks and hit “save” to do this).

    Does that help? Otherwise, can you give us a link so we can see your page?

    Hi there,

    No I have the Eventbrite listed with “no-parent” so it is top level.

    I also have Permalinks set to “Post Name” not “Default”.

    Firstly, make sure you’re up-to-date (we’ve just released v1.0.10 today).

    Other than that, are all events public and live? If so, can you give me a link to an example event and we’ll see what we’re working with.
