Trouble editing Kubrick layout

  • I have been trying and trying to edit the Krubick layout to #1- teach myself how to design CSS layouts, and how to add the tages properly for WP #2 to temp use the edited design to fit me better until I can do #1

    So, I try to make my own images and rename them in the header where the images paths for Krubick have the images show and nothing works. But if I name my images the same as Krubicks images they work.. They should work regardless of what I call them as long as the image name is also updated in the header.php?? Right?

    Also, for some reason I cant get the image header right. No matter what size I create the image at it either cuts off the white border, or it more purple space, I am assuming from the wide jpg. I havent been able to figure out how to fix this one yet :/

    Check your CSS. If any of the images are called by your style sheet, you will have to make sure they are pointing to the right image files.

    Thats the thing.. I looked and looked all through the style.css that came with the install inside of the defualt folder and couldnt find any image urls… I wonder since I downloaded a nightly if I should just find a fresh install for Kubrick?
