trouble getting 2.6 to recognise base theme

  • i’ve just installed wp 2.6 and can’t get it to recognise my usual starting theme starkers by elliot jay stocks, does anyone know what’s going wrong…

    i’ve spent the last few hours comparing the default theme and starkers to no avail, prolly something really simple!

  • I’m not sure what you mean by not recognizing the theme.

    Do you see it in the theme area?

    Are you getting an error message when you activate it (If so what does the error say?)?

    sorry for not making myself very clear…

    i’m not seeing it in the theme area, it’s probably not compatible with 2.6.1

    can anyone point me in the right direction to modify it so that it’s compatible?
