trouble getting csv and images uploaded

  • I have a .CSV containing about 900 products and am having issues getting images to match up with my .CSV even thought the image .jpg is integrated into the .CSV so there should be no issue getting image to appear on my site.

    I have used plugin to bulk import but it does not seem to work because images are too large on some and too small on others.

    I am using latest managed version of word press.

    Any input to show me how I can do this for the future without having to hire someone is greatly appreciated. My Skype is [ redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, IM etc. only in the forums ] to contact me.

    Generally we ask you not ask people to contact you off the forums. Part of the point of the forums is … for people to use ’em.

    What plugin are you using to import the CSV and what is reading them? You say ‘products’ so the implication is a store plugin.
