Trouble Getting Help Response to my WordPress Post.

-I have tried to raise an Elementor support ticket, but cannot find where to do
so, certainly in terms of free support. Can someone please reply to me here with more specific help, if I am a free user?

-I think that I have also succeeded in placing my post in the Elementor Community
forums, but I am still not getting an active reply.

The advice for doing either of these in not very specific, or seems to be out of
date, for a free user.

There doesn’t seem to be a (free) email address for me to contact anyone, particularly if I don’t aim to log in to (any) social media account(s).
