Trouble getting my content on Tempura's front page

    I got my header how I want it and even added four images to the slide show but can’t get rid of their text and photos about Tempera. I did manage once by changing the page template … my “home” page text appeared but them I lost the slider. I have a temporary domain right now 0ea.f52.myftpupload.com.
