trouble getting my domain to mask my site url completely…

I installed a new wordpress blog at:
https://www.thecowgoddess.com/mamamagazine
and worked out all the bugs for a few weeks before I added the domain name https://www.mamaiscomic.com yesterday.

Now the homepage says https://www.mamaiscomic.com but it’s missing key elements like my membership plugin widget in the right sidebar. Also all the other pages still have https://www.thecowgoddess.com/mamamagazine as their beginning, so the permalink structure hasn’t changed. Do you know what the solution is to have the whole site recognize https://www.mamaiscomic.com?
