Trouble getting USPS live rates with WooCommerce services.

    I saw a tutorial on linda.com showing how you can get USPS live rates with WooCommerce services for free using WooCommerce Services and Jetpack. I installed and activated these plugins and then navigated to :
    WooCommerce > Shipping > Select a zone > Edit > Add shipping method. Then in that dropdown box, USPS should have been an option according to the tutorial but its not there.
    Any idea how I can get it so USPS is an option in this dropdown box, so I can select it and get USPS live rates? thanks.
