Trouble installing

I am trying to install / configure the latest version of the plugin. I have created a domain using the domain for our wordpress website https://www.naturalcookery.com. I configured a widget and placed it on one of the sidebars on the site. The name of the widget shows up on the sidebar, however, it is static text and I am not seeing how it implements a chat window?
Am I missing a step? I’m not clear if the script generated by the script generator is something that I need to install somewhere to activate/enable the chat plugin?
Also, I created an agent for myself and downloaded the MAC desktop app/installed it. When I try to login, I get the following error:
