Trouble installing (Chinese install.php page?)

  • Hello ??
    I’ve never had trouble installing WordPress before, but today, when I tried to install it on my domain, at first, I got an error, so I changed my wp-config.php. As far as I know, it should be right.
    Now, however, when I go to wp-admin/install.php, I just see a page with Chinese characters. I do have a Chinese global IME that was installed on this computer, but I never specified different language paths in WordPress or anything. :\ Can anyone help?
