Trouble installing plug-in

  • Hey all,

    I just started putting my website together, and I’m trying to install the “Front End Publishing” plug-in. I’ve tried following the instructions in the “read me” file, but it just won’t work. Every time I try to install it, I get the following message:

    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

    I can’t imagine I’ve capped out on my available server space. There’s barely anything on the site yet. If it IS a space issue, how would I resolve that? How do I get more space for my site? Otherwise, what else could it be?

    Any help is much appreciated.

    The error means that the server is unable to unzip the plugin installation package. This might be a disk quota issue. So please check with your hosting provider about disk space.
